private room with your own bathroom(upstairs or down) Located 20 minutes from theme parks and 15 from Orlando. Bunch of stores and restaurants close by. 5 room and 3 bathrooms. Includes utilities and high speed internet.

Includes: Pool, hot tub, lake access, kayak, hammock, weights, theatre room, bbq, fire pit, racing sim, foosball, office, kitchen with 2 fridges, and plenty of pantry space. $1,200, but open to offers if it’s a good fit.

It’s just me. I like to cook, play all sports(mainly beach 2’s and softball recently) like to watch movies, play games, swim, go to theme parks, and stay pretty active.

I like to keep things clean and tidy, but not nit picky. I have a good sense of humor and am pretty social, but I understand alone time and balance. Easy to talk to and want you to feel comfortable with whatever you need.
