Jefferson visible). 4 Br 3Ba with a large basement area. The available room is ~120sqft.. I cover ALL utilities. The home is furnished and has all the kitchen essentials. It is livable and everything works, but the home is quite dated and I’ve been slowly working on renovations since purchasing it. So please be aware the home is a work in progress and if you’re looking for something that is completely updated, this probably isn’t the right fit for you. Lease will be on a month-month basis. About the roomies
There are currently 3 males living in the home, both in their early 30’s. Looking for someone that is responsible, clean, and respects the home and cohabitants. Open to all applicants provided they are a good fit for the living situation. Strongly prefer no pets, but potentially open to a pet depending on type and size with pet rent included.
