About the room
Hi! We have a room open in our 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment. We live in a nice complex with friendly neighbors and a nice property manager. The room is $900 and utilities + internet are about $75/month. We have a very clean laundry facility on site. Each room has their own en-suite bathroom. The kitchen, living room, and fridge are all community space. In addition, there is some storage space in the garage too. Lastly, the carpet will be replaced in the bedroom prior to you moving in. About the roomies
There are currently 3 males in their late 20s and early 30s that work full time living in the other 3 rooms. We enjoy things like surfing, golfing, snowboarding, sports, etc. We are all pretty easy going and are friendly. If you keep to yourself, that is okay too.
