Hey y’all, I’m looking for a new roommate in my RENT CONTROLLED APARTMENT!

Astoria, Queens 2 bedroom, 1 bath Your rent (1250) + utilities (~100) = ~1350 a month. This rate is locked indefinetely! Move in available Feb 1st Looking for someone who can commit long-term, a year or more would be ideal but 6 months would be a minimum.

Located in Astoria just a couple blocks from the Broadway N train stop, its a 2 bedroom with a BIG shared space (room for your desk, our living room and our kitchen!). We have a fire escape balcony and roof access. The area has everything you could want, including a local fruit + veggies market around the corner.

NOTE: Your room will be EMPTY AND UNFURNISHED when you move in, but I have a comfy air mattress and some extra temporary storage if you need time to find furniture (and I’m always down to go stooping or FB marketplace deal hunting)
