Quivas Street

3538 Quivas St is an amazing property located a short walk from everything in LoHi. The house itself has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a newly remodeled kitchen and basement. The house also features a backyard area and a two car garage. I’ve lived here for two years and can confidently say it’s the best place I’ve lived in Denver by far. The location is amazing and the house itself is very spacious and homey.

I am a 28 year-old Master’s student working two part-time jobs, so I am home most of the day. I try to get up to the mountains to ski as much as possible in the winter and camp in the summer. I love to watch and play sports and hang out with friends on the weekends.
