It’s a lovely corner unit so get’s lots of light. It has been updated with central air and modern kitchen. Accessibility note: third floor condo, no elevator in building. Shared spaces will be sparsely furnished since my current roommate who is leaving will be taking some/most with her. If you have furniture you’d like to bring for the shared spaces, let me know! The available bedroom is 11’x11’, easily large enough for a double bed, dresser, and desk/workspace. It has two windows and a spacious closet! The kitchen was completely renovated in 2021 and features new floors, cabinets, counters, and appliances including dishwasher. Rent is $1405 and includes water, sewer, and trash pickup. We split electric, gas, and wifi, averages $70/mo per person. Laundry in building.
