Renting a room to a hardworking and/or going to school young individual who’s minding his/her own business and want his/her own space. I offer you one bedroom for 1 person with access to a nice upstairs full bathroom, shared kitchen, shared laundry room in the basement and you’ll have 1 car space in the driveway. It’s a pretty relaxing area with awesome views. The room has 2 windows facing sunrise, so you’ll get to enjoy amazing views and also at night. The atmosphere in the house itself is pretty down to earth, it’s all extremely clean, respectful vibe and cooperative manners, etc. The house has an awesome location with everything very close; Walmart, Jewel, Aldi, Tony’s, Restaurants, Banks, Grocery Stores, Ross, Kohls, etc., in a 4-7 minute range.

The other rommies are almost never home because of work and school and when they are home, they’re in their rooms most of the time! Nice and respectful rommies for sure.
