Wonderful 2br 1bath split living space w/ kitchenette. The property is in a comfy older neighborhood outside of the city right between Woodstock and Kenessaw. 5 minutes off of the highway, ten to fifteen minutes to grocery stores & shopping. The property includes a side driveway & private entrance to the basement. We live upstairs other than Logan having a WFH office space in the 3rd bedroom of the basement. This basement space is really big and there’s a lot of potential for it! .

My partner Logan and I have lived here for over a year now previously sharing the space with a good friend and it is soon to be vacant! Regular 20-something’s, I (Miriam), nanny in Marietta part time, enjoy video games, crafts and, good TV. Logan is an outdoorsy gamer who graduated from KSU. We’re just working & living in a comfortable area with our two cats. We keep our space pretty orderly, pest and odor free👍🏽😁
