Private room that can be furnished or unfurnished with private bathroom. Gated community Full amenities to community pools and gym. Prefer college student but not required. 6 month lease with month to month option after lease. Deposit is required but negotiable depending on circumstances.

Empty nesters that work full time. We have two rooms to choose from. Easygoing but go to bed early. Full access to living areas such a kitchen and living room. Gym also in the loft that has Peloton tread and bike for usage.
