Room is large and set up like a hotel suite with a Q bed, kitchenette area, seating area, large closet & chest of drawers. Room connects to a shared office/ library space. Location is 5 minutes from almost everything local including the Recreation Center and 10 minutes to the entrance to Mesa Verde National Park. $800 a month cash rent due on the 1st, month to month, includes all utilities. Tenant needs a PO Box/ gets their mail elsewhere. No cigarette smoking. No pets.

Others living on property are chickens, a cat & fish. I have adult children that visit. I keep a garden in summer and lots of food bearing foliage. My house is clean and I like to bake, I’m health minded and recycle!
