I occupy the Masters bedroom I travel a lot & there are months I’m out of town or out of the country. There’s two matured responsible descent renter which is all background checked & easy to get along with. They don’t smoke & no vice at all, they are career minded, a teacher & a busy stock trader who is quiet & just mind his own business.
