I’m looking for a female roommate to share my townhouse (furnished) at AVA Burbank with; private room available for rent from mid-February.

About the Townhouse:

Hi! I’m Michelle. I’m Swiss-Turkish, originally from Switzerland, but I’ve been living in LA for over a year now and I just recently graduated from film school. So, if you like watching movies and going to the movie theatre, you found yourself a new friend :) In my free time, I also enjoy reading, cooking, going on walks, checking out cafés/restaurants, hanging out with friends, going to the beach, or just chilling at home.

While I like to socialize, I also need my alone time (social introvert). I want my house to be a place where I can occasionally have people over, but not a place that’s constantly full of people. I’m open to the idea of my roommate having social gatherings at our home - I would just like to know about these ahead of time. I’m generally very accommodating and considerate of my roommate and I appreciate open communication to ensure a healthy roommate relationship.

Moreover, I’m down to get to know each other; we don’t have to be best friends, but I would like to do things like occasionally watch TV or share a meal together.

As a freelance filmmaker, I have a flexible work schedule. I might have to wake up early or head out late for shoots. Otherwise I usually sleep between 11pm-12am until 9am-10am. I prefer to have quiet time after 10pm.

I like to keep common living spaces pretty clean and neat (my biggest pet peeve is shoes inside the house). I do my dishes every day and try to put away my belongings whenever I get time. I’m open to the idea of a (weekly or biweekly) cleaning schedule to keep things organized.
