The room is located in a very spacious apartment with a big living room and dining room, hardwood floors, granite kitchen top, with built-in washer and dryer unit in the apartment, balcony, and a swimming pool and gym in the apartment complex. Currently I live in this apartment alone. My old roommate moved out a few months ago to NYC. I am laid back, mostly just keep to myself and keep the place tidy. Currently work as a full-time resident physician and am often busy. Looking for a roommate who is laid back, respectful, and tidy as well :). Thank you!
