Hey yall! I am looking for someone to take over my spot in a shared 2 br/1 ba.. Looking for a chill, clean and employed female. Right next to a marta stop & train lines if you dont drive but there is plenty of parking otherwise (:

Can be furnished if you need! Wifi, washer/dryer included, 2 patios, parking right infront of steps, dumpster is close aswell No dogs or cats please!

I will be moving out in a couple months because I want to travel more, my roommate and good friend of 2 years lives here and will continue the lease for another couple years as this is an ideal spot for her transportation and work wise.

Very down to earth home, we keep our space clean and accessible and need someone who holds themselves to a similar standard (:
