The basement of a clean, quiet, and well-maintained townhouse is available for rent. It includes a unfurnished private room, a private bathroom, and private access through a patio door with a key lock and unlock feature. The bedroom in this space has a spacious closet and two windows for ventilation and natural sunlight. Cooking is allowed in the kitchen, and the washer and dryer in the basement are also available for use. Also, there are plenty of parking spaces available.

Situated in a quiet neighborhood with kind and considerate neighbors, this living space provides a serene environment. Some parts of the basement are lightly used for bike storage by the current occupants. Shared spaces include storage closets, the house’s laundry room, the basement entrance, and the back patio. However, the main living area in the basement remains exclusive.

Convenient facilities such as Costco, a mall, grocery stores, various shops, county libraries, and parks are all within a 3-4 minute distance from the house. Utilities and Internet costs are shared among housemates and are not included in the rent.
