Looking to rent room ASAP! Very central location next to Arts District-10 minutes from I-15, 20 minutes to airport, and 7 minutes to DTLV. Clean house, big backyard, calm and relaxed atmosphere. Looking for mature, responsible, clean roommate- 4 month min. stay preferred longer would be ideal. Women or gay men. I do have a dog his name is Chip he is very friendly and loving- Best Boy Ever. Been living in this area 1.5 year no problems very quiet neighborhood. No kids, couples, or pets.
