Shared home with up to 4 others. All ~30+ males who work full time and are quiet and clean up after themselves. One has his two older 10ish yr old, kids every other weekend or so. Still quiet and considerate. Rarely see anyone outside of their room unless eating or leaving for work. (besides myself)
