Your fully furnished room comes with a cozy queen bed, a brand new mattress and linens for dreamy nights, a rocking chair for those chill moments, two nightstands for your essentials, a desk for work or creative pursuits, and a spacious closet to house your fabulous wardrobe. The shared bathroom boasts a double vanity, ensuring that the morning routine flows smoothly.

The House: Welcome to our newly renovated, single-story 3-bed, 2-bath haven! The open floor plan creates a welcoming atmosphere, and the brand new appliances – including washer and dryer, dishwasher, stove, and microwave – make daily tasks a breeze. Stainless steel utensils and pots and pans are ready for your culinary adventures. Three eating areas, one for formal dining, outdoor dining and a cozy breakfast nook, cater to your every mood.

Step outside onto the large deck, where laughter and good times are guaranteed. It comfortably seats 12, and the swinging chair is the perfect spot to unwind. A parking garage and driveway offer ample space for multiple vehicles, ensuring parking headaches are a thing of the past.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the house.

The Neighborhood: Located in a safe and adorable neighborhood, our home is a mere 1 mile from Mueller, 4 miles from Downtown, and 1 mile from two different HEBs for convenient grocery shopping. The bustling Domain area is just 6 miles away, providing endless entertainment options. Centrally located, our place combines the best of all worlds. 🏠✨
