Looking for a roommate to occupy 1 bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment. The room available is the master bedroom with its own private bathroom. The apartment is located in Mission Valley on West Canyon Avenue at the Arcadia at StoneCrest Village Apartment Homes Complex right by Interstate 15. The residence is positioned at the end of the street off a roundabout/cul-de-sac in a quiet and clean area. The residence is centrally located making it close to most locations in the San Diego area. The bedroom to be subleased is unfurnished but the common areas of the apartment are fully furnished. Pictures of the room show it furnished because it is currently occupied until the first of February (I’m currently the tenant and I’m moving out to be closer to work). The room is 235 square feet with a double sided closet that is 19 square feet in size (8.5 feet wide x 2.25 feet deep). The closet also has three hanging racks, three top tier shelves, and plenty of floor space. The common areas of the apartment has wood laminate flooring in the entrance hallway and kitchen, a vaulted ceiling, a washer and dryer in the apartment, all the necessary kitchen appliances including a dishwasher, air conditioning and heat, a fireplace, additional storage in both a hallway closet and under-the-stairs storage closet, and a patio/balcony. In addition to this, the apartment has wireless internet and cable television, as well as provides off-street parking. Complementing this the apartment complex grounds contain a pool and hot tub, multiple BBQ grills conveniently located around the grounds, a nice and adequate fitness center, a business center including computers and printing capability (paper and ink provided by the leasing office), a fully furnished clubroom, and plenty of open parking for friends and/or family. The rent is $1100 per month plus utilities ($100-$150 per month); there is a $700 deposit on the room.

Current roommates are two young individuals who work full time. They are considerate people that give top priority to their work and who believe home should be a relaxing environment.
