I am looking for a roommate. It’s a brand new home and community so it is still being developed. Located in the area of Raleigh, of North Carolina.

• Community swimming pool, dog parks, trails and whatever else they have.
• Groceries is a short drive.
• Electric stove to cook.
• Laundry is inside as well.

I welcome visits to take a look first or video-conference ie: google meet to help aide in your decision. Working on the pictures once I get more stuff moved in.

I just looking for a calm and clean roommate that we can live as best as possible.
