Downtown Denver is only a 20 minute drive and local shopping is within 5-10 minutes. This modern home has spacious living rooms, dining area and newly update kitchen appliances. The secluded back yard is very large with outdoor seating and a smoker for those yummy BBQ dinners. This home is near multiple highways including C470 and 285 providing quick access to the mountains for skiing, mountain biking, and hiking. The combination of close highways and the lack of typical Denver traffic makes getting around a breeze.
