I’m looking for someone to move in to my spare bedroom. I have a 3 bed 2 bath in Burbank. 1 bedroom is mine, the second is used as an office, and the third will be vacant as of 2.1.24.

I have two well behaved dogs around 25 lbs so must be a dog lover.

A little bit about me: My name is Brittany and I have lived in this apartment for almost 4 years. I am an executive assistant at a large corporation which means I work a lot! I work from home on Fridays and around most major Holidays. My office is planned to also be used as a gym and also art space, if you are an artist (I am not!).

Why my current roommate is moving: Unfortunately, my best friend of 10 years is undergoing chemo for newly found stage four cancer. Her mother has been living in my office for two months and they have decided she will need long term care in her own home. She is sad to leave such a great priced place but she won’t be far, gladly. A lot of the furniture is hers so there will be a remodel in April/May when work slows down for me. We are allowed to paint and remodel the apartment as we please since I have a great relationship with the landlord.
