ABOUT THE PLACE: • Private room is in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in Chinatown Los Angeles • Other bedroom is occupied by my girlfriend and I • $970/month and $970 security deposit • Move in date: Feb 1st • You can find free street parking within 2 blocks. Or you can pay $70 to $150 per month to park in a garage nearby • There is no laundry unit on site. We usually do it at a laundromat or friends/family house
ABOUT THE AREA: • The space is located right in the heart of the Chinatown plaza so the neighborhood is charming. The apartment is on top of one of those stores in the plaza. • You’re 1 block walking distance from a bunch of restaurants, a market, 4 bars, art galleries, a coworking space, etc. • Across the street is a Metro Gold Line station which is one stop away from Union Station which goes all over LA
