Hi, I have a room available in a newer 2700 sqft home, 4 bedrooms-4 baths, in North West San Antonio (Prue Rd). It backs to a greenbelt/trail. It is near UTSA, Six Flags, Medical Center etc.

You can choose from a few rooms. Unfurnished. There is a big kitchen, washer/dryer, fast wifi internet, tv services: prime, paramount etc.

The rent is month to month (no commitment needed). All bills included. $660 with shared bath or $760 with private bath.

I am looking for second roommate. Currently there is myself and one roommate. It is a safe, easy going, no drama place. I have had roommates over the years, and a great experience.
