The property is extremely walkable and centrally located; it’s close to Easton Beach, the Cliff Walk, Bellevue Avenue, Newport Mansions, and all the things Newport has to offer. The apartment is furnished and includes two entrances, free laundry, ample storage, large kitchen with kitchen supplies, living room, 1 driveway parking spot, and free off-street parking available.

I’m looking for a roommate to share my two-bedroom apartment with between 5/31/24 - 9/1/24. I recently moved to Newport for a job and am loving it so far!
