The bedroom has a nice queen bed. The entire home has been renovated recently and locks are on all bedroom doors w/personal code.The kitchen is equipped new appliances, also has-keurig, air fryer, toaster, dishes, and all cookware. The dining room is right off the kitchen. There is a partial fenced in big backyard area available to guests. Washer+dryer, Wifi, and Tv’s in every room so you can relax after exploring the city or working. The kitchen and bedrooms get lovely natural light, and there is ample parking in the driveway. Guests: Please keep in mind that you will be staying in a private bedroom but shared living room, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, laundry room & balcony. We ask everyone to be courteous and respectful of each other.

Roommates vary. Only 1 female there currently in a downstairs unit, who works evenings and overnight. Looking for students, someone in transition, or a relocating working professional that is clean and courteous.
