I have a small room for rent in my, rented (DPM) 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Shared spaces are the bathroom, living room, kitchen, laundry, garage, deck and back yard. There is some room for storage in the garage as well as off street parking. The house is located in NE Bend. Minutes from the parkway and 1.4 miles from St. Charles hospital. *Please note, I rent from Deschutes Property Management, so you will be required to go through their application process… *Available dates are April 13th, 2024 through June 20th , 2024 when the lease renews and terms will be updated then. $800 Rent $300 Non- refundable Deposit Utilities run about $100

I’m a 50 year old, single, woman with a dog and cat. I work full time, primarily away from home but that varies. I enjoy being outside, sitting around the fire, camping, hiking, lake trips, etc… I’m pretty independent but would enjoy an adventure buddy from time to time if you’d like. I am cannabis friendly. However, no alcohol please. Vinnie and I like to go on adventures. He is my 4 year old American Pitbull mix. There is also, Emma the cat, so you must be good with both cats and dogs but unfortunately can’t bring anymore pets to the property. :( I keep things picked up and honor our shared space and would expect the same in return. We would share in chore responsibilities to keep our home clean and peaceful.
