Owosso Drive

Our beautiful home is on a quiet street off River Road. We are 8 minutes from downtown Eugene, within 500 meters from Owosso Bridge which is one of the many foot bridges of the Riverfront Trail System. We have easy access to the Beltline and I-5.

Your private room is right off from our living room, with its own attached 1/2 bathroom. You get a choice between the use of our outdoor or indoor shower. Room can either be furnished ($850) or not furnished ($750). Starting agreement would ideally be month to month for the 1st 3 months in case you or we find it isn’t working out. Then after 3 months, we can discuss a longer 6 or 12 month agreement. Willing to discuss and find a good compromise for sure!

My husband and I are both in Education and work M-F. We love to be outdoors, whether it be working in our yard, out hiking/biking or playing golf when the weather is nice. We also enjoy good food and wine.

We love watching shows and movies. My husband is a big sports fan, so often while he’s watching games, you’ll find me reading or doing yoga/meditation.

We are typically in bed between 10-11 pm and up about 6am (except on the weekends). Our home is full of things but we like to keep our space really clean.

We have a dog named Rama and a cat named Rey. They are both extremely loving and will be thrilled to cuddle with you if you permit it. We are not opposed to perhaps 1 more pet, but we would need our animals to meet so that we can judge compatibility. Also, our son 16 yr old is with us part time, every other weekend right now… and our daughter is off at college (so usually it’s just the 2 of us at home).
