South Ammons Street

I have the master bedroom with a bathroom and large walk-in closet available in a townhouse in a quiet neighborhood in southwest Denver. Wifi is included as well as a washer and a dryer. There is also a garage parking space available for the renter. The townhouse is approximately 2,700 square feet and furnished. There is a large basement with some potential for storage capacity.

I am a 41 year old woman. I am fairly clean. I am extroverted but understand roommates who are more introverted and prefer to keep to themselves. I have a beagle who lives with me full time and another one part time. Both dogs stay largely in my bedroom. I also have a chinchilla.

I love music, dancing, nature, architecture, art, theatre, traveling, swimming, true crime, writing, camping, and hiking. I also love going out to restaurants.

I work as a creative writer and designer although most of my career was spent as an environmental scientist and architectural historian. I work mostly from home.

I don’t drink or indulge in any substances. I am open minded, easy going, a good listener, and people-oriented. I do have friends over to the house occasionally for dinner parties or just to socialize. I would, however, always be considerate of my roommate’s schedule before I planned any event.
