Wouter's room

27 year old full time student. I’m pretty easy going and keep to myself mostly. Looking for 2-3 roommates to move into my new build home. 3 bedrooms available- all 3 are upstairs and each room has a bed already, but you would be more than welcome to bring your own/other furniture if you have it. Room 1: $1100- has ensuite bathroom and walk in closet. Currently has queen size bed, but no other furniture. Room 2: $950- shares hall bathroom with bedroom #3. Currently has queen sized bed in it but no other furniture. Room 3: $950- shares hall bathroom with bedroom #2. Currently has full size bed, but no other furniture. Upstairs is also a loft area (currently empty) and a laundry room. You would be able to put couch, tv, any other furniture you have in the loft area if you need/want to. Downstairs is my bedroom, a fully furnished kitchen, large pantry, dining area and living room with TV and couch. Small fenced in backyard. Parking is limited to garage/driveway, but there are small lots dispersed throughout the neighborhood that offer additional parking. I am always willing to park there to ensure closer/easier parking for my roommates. Neighborhood is close to SouthPark Meadows and Mary Moore Searight Metropolitan Park. About 25 minutes from downtown Austin.

I’m originally from Belgium but have lived in Texas for 14 years now. Currently pursuing a doctorate in physical therapy. I’m easy going, communicate well and love pets (don’t have any of my own as of now).
