Im the only one living here, im 39, and travel from february til July so you pretty much have the whole place to yourself 1/2 of the year.
Im a Fulltime teacher and coach, so Im away from the place from 6am - 7pm almost every day.
Very quiet, and clean.
Cleaning lady comes in once a month for a deep clean.
Cant beat dadeland living for this price
