Tina's room

Near the lakes and beaches, this is an upstairs room with unattached bath and walk-in closet! 20 mins from Hilton Head, this house resides on a very quiet street that ends in a cul-de-sac.

Three female students with FT employment reside there with their cats. Utilities are all included including wifi. We need a renter who is ideally a single female who is fully employed and does not have any major issues on their background check (which we will pay for).
