Very clean 3br/1.5 bath near the fairgrounds in Tulsa! There is a fenced backyard and covered back deck that is great in spring and summer. My house is always clean and a very comfortable space to be. The home is fully furnished but your room would be empty for your things! The third bedroom has a treadmill, keyboard and desk that you’re more than welcome to use. Willing to go down a tad on price for the right fit.

I am a 32 year old graduate student that is fairly quiet and tidy. My boyfriend does not live here but is around frequently. We enjoy cooking, gardening and spending time outside. I spend about half the week at his house. I have a 9-year old dog, Rumple, who is sweet and low energy.
