Private furnished room (bed, dresser, nightstand, lamps) in a 2-bedroom apartment, shared bathroom. Open areas are shared. Laundry in unit. Neighbors are quiet. Open, off street parking. Apartment is on the backside of the building, 1st floor with a patio. Photos of shared spaces are older but show the layout well.
