Amber's room

I have a cute mother in law unit with a loft. Furnished except for a bed. The loft fits a full size bed. U would have access to bathroom kitchen and living room inside the home. Internet is free but would be responsible for 1/3 of electric and 1/3 of water. Utilities usually run around 100.00 to 150.00 a month .

We are a family of 2. I have an 11 year old son. I am a hard working mom who needs help with a responsible individual to move in. No drama or liers or drugs or thieves. Must have a job and be a decent person.
