Seeking a roomate in a furnished house in a great location 10 minutes to Sumerlin, Strip, and Henderson. You get a furnished private room (mattress and frame) + private office room (table and chair) + private bathroom. You are welcome to use the mini gym and grill in the backyard as well.

I am working full-time in tech and spend most of my time outside. I am the only one living in the house and I would like to share it with someone who keeps it clean and is responsible.
