Caroline's room

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s lease in our 3 bed, 2 bath apartment in Mission Valley. The lease would be from February (flexible move-in date) - June 22nd. Rent is $1700 for the master bedroom, private bathroom, and detached garage parking spot. Utilities tend to be around $100/month per person. The room has lots of natural light and tons of space! The apartment also has A/C and an in-unit washer and dryer. We have access to amenities (pools, gyms, grills, etc.) for three complexes (ours and complex and two others across the street from us), and we are in walking distance to a Ralphs, Starbucks, UPS store, and is close to Fashion Valley. We are looking for a female roommate who is clean and LGBTQ+ friendly. We are open to pets, but our apartment complex does have a pet fee.

About me:

I moved from Minnesota about 8 months ago. I work as an Environmental Scientist in Kearny Mesa. I typically work a 9-5 schedule and go into the office 3-4 times a week, but sometimes work weird hours due to the nature of my job. I love dogs, traveling, going out to bars/restaurants/happy hours, swimming, hiking, workout classes, and movies. I’m still new to the area and love to explore San Diego with friends!

About Meghan:

Meghan has lived in San Diego for 2 years and works early morning shifts at a coffee shop. She appreciates no large gatherings or loud noises after 11pm on nights she works. She is a member of the LGBTQ+ community and likes plants, arts and crafts, trying new restaurants, cooking, golf, movie nights, and the occassional night out.
