The house is very charming and centrally located, that’s less than a mile from UF and less than 5 min walk to downtown. You have space to park two cars

Each room has an air purifier and the temperature is kept always at 72 degrees.

There is a reading hanging chair on the porch, and an art area that I use to paint but you can use it as well. Also, the home has a big backyard in case you have any interest in gardening.

Your Space: Your room has very good lighting and comes fully furnished with a bed, desk, dresser and a closet.

Common Areas: The living room, kitchen, patio, and other shared spaces are already fully furnished and ready for you to enjoy. I usually only make tea but you are welcome to cook.

Rent Details: You’re welcome to move in anytime in January or February. The rent is 800/month, which covers your room, parking, utilities and WiFi.

A bit about me: I’m a 29-year-old engineer. I work remotely but I rent a co working space, I enjoy making tea and coffee, yoga, working out and traveling.

I am looking for a responsable person who will care for the home as much as I do.
