Hi, Looking for professional, student (or traveling nurse/Dr) to rent the downstairs room in an awesome 2 bedroom condo that’s located right on the water in Stockton. The room is very large, (located right next to the front door and also kitchen), and it has a Queen Bed, a custom built office, 50” TV (with Firestick), electronic black out shades, washer/dryer, and a jacuzzi/bath/shower combo. This is the only bedroom downstairs, my bedroom is upstairs. I also own the home. The place is located in a double gated community, with Free parking in our gated garage. We also have security cameras everywhere. The place also has a great pool with a barbecue. The neighbors are mostly older, very nice and my favorite: very quiet. You will sleep well here. There’s 2 restaurants (Garlic Bros, Bobs) within a few feet and a coffee shop. Freeway, public transportation is 1/2 mile away. Along with a bunch of shops there’s also a great gym around the corner. The area is great for walks, riding bikes and there’s a park right around the corner. It is one of the safest and desired areas to live in Stockton. The sunsets here are awesome. In the Spring/Summer you can rent a boat, jet ski, kayak and enjoy the Delta. All Utilities are included: Water, garbage, electricity, WiFi, Parking, etc etc) ***MONTH TO MONTH LEASE, (the Deposit is $150 a month, if you stay 6 months , I can reduce that a bit), No pets, or smoking. I’m a 48 yr old male, no children, self employed for 22 yrs. I enjoy walking my small dog, reading, traveling, sleeping , comedy and some exercise. I work remotely but also travel for work.
