Two minutes to All train lines; A,C,E, 1,2,3, B, D,F,V, M, PATH. The bedroom is partially furnished with a bed, ample closet space, window, storage, and TV ready for streaming!

I’m easy going, and clean. Would like someone not working from home with proof of employment or a student with a full school schedule with proof of enrollment. Will need to provide references from previous apartments as well. Prefer long term, with minimum 3 months stay.
