If you are looking for a place to call home then this is definitely a place to consider. The property is in a great location in Riverside very close to the 91 Freeway and near lots of businesses, restaurants, Metro, and a Kaiser.

The room is a descent size which can accommodate some furniture and a queen bed. The closet is a descent size as well. The bathroom will be shared and there is a stand up shower no tub. As for the rest of the property there is plenty of parking space in the driveway and street. The kitchen is great, plenty of cabinet space and dish washer available. The refrigerator will be shared. There is a washer and dryer in the garage and plenty of space within the garage to store your things. There is a table in the dining area in which you can eat or do work from a laptop and the living room has two couches and and lazy chairs to lounge and relax with a smart TV at your disposal. The back yard is big and you will have access to a grill and plenty of room to plant and grow personal fruits and vegetables. The house does have functioning AC/Heating.

No pets or drugs allowed but occasional overnight guest are okay within reason.

There is currently two tenants(males) within the house. They are working individuals and are very respectful and we expect the same from whomever rents a room.
