Cassandra's room

Room is decent sized and can easily fit queen bed with some other furniture, closet is standard size as well. Apartment has in unit washer and dryer, dishwater, patio area, and digital locks (so no locking yourself out!). Complex has too many things for me to fully list, there’s a few pools (only open in summer), a few different gym buildings, tennis and basketball courts, and trash valet.

I moved into a 2bd unit on my own a few months ago, but I’ve recently decided to go back to school to get my masters, and figured adding a roommate is how I’ll help mitigate those costs! Which is great because I’ve yet to fully furnish it and have had an empty room this whole time. I love reading, cooking/baking, and game nights. I work a lot, usually very early mornings, so I am a fan of chill evenings and would prefer another laidback person to room with. My area of study is wildlife ecology and habitat assessment, and I’m a big animal lover, however my cat, Mew, only is a fan of humans. He unfortunately has some health problems as well that doesn’t make him a good match for living with other cats/dogs. Tanked or caged critters are ok! He’s a big cuddler and you will have to close your door if you don’t want him checking up on you.

Cleanliness in shared areas is a must! Doesn’t need to be deep cleaned every day, but more like no dishes in the sink by night, floors picked up, and clean counters.
