About the room
One of our roommates wasn’t a great fit so we are in look for a new roommate to finish the lease with. The lease ends July 28th so roughly 6 months. Rent is cheap utilities is roughly 60-75 a month and WiFi is around 20 so you’re looking at less than 550 a month for all apartments bills. The room I’ll be honest isn’t the biggest but it’s plenty big for people looking for a temporary arrangement to save up for future apartments
About the roomies
Rigby: they/them pronouns. Kinda shy but warms up fast if you let them. Works at the Wendy’s nearby is an artist
Matthew: pretty easy going. Is gone a lot working also at Wendy’s or spending time down town.
