One bedroom for rent (option to be furnished) in beautiful 3 bedroom townhouse. We are looking for someone, preferably female, to join two female friends (29) and (25) in finishing up the rest of the lease in our cozy space which goes until August 1st. There will be potential to resign the lease for another year if you are interested at that point. I will be leaving to pursue an exciting opportunity and will be sad to say goodbye to our beautiful home. My room is the entirety of the finished basement level and includes two full closets, an extra empty bedroom for additional storage, a full washer/dryer in it’s own laundry room, and a full private bathroom including shower etc. Looking for someone to sublease starting either February 1st or there is the option to do a pro-rated rent and move in around Jan 15th if that appeals to you. Rent, $800 a month with a security deposit of $800 due at the time of signing. No last month due. Serious inquiries only- if interested we would have you come by the space and see if it’s a good fit for you and for us :) Then if you want to move forward at that point our landlord would require a $55 application fee for background check and verification of employment. One roommate has a dog (11 year old boxer who is the cutest/sweetest little thing) so the landlord prefers no more pets. But if you do have a dog it would need to get along with our dog and be approved by the landlord (non-destructive) and $50 a month for pet rental would be added to your rent. One roommate is very allergic to cats so unfortunately no kitties :( Looking for someone low-key, not a party house as we all wake up early for work. But we love to hike, camp, snowboard, relax on Horsetooth which is literally barely over 5 minutes away, have craft and painting nights, movie marathons and are 420 friendly :) Common areas are expected to be kept clean by all tenants and the space is fully furnished as we have lived there for more than a year and a half now. The basement room can be cleared out if you’d like or I could leave the bed frame, mattress, night table, dresser, mirror, bookshelf and TV for a slight additional cost of $300 if you would want to keep everything as is. We have baseboard heating, a plug in AC unit for the summer, a full washer/dryer, dishwasher, garbage disposal, tons of appliances such as a blender, air-fryer, toaster oven, toaster, soda-stream, coffee maker and espresso machine and a kitchen fully equipped with as many dishes, pots and pans and cooking equipment as you might need. We also have 2 shared covered parking spaces and plenty of additional street parking as well. We have a shared green belt space behind the house as well as 2 private patios (one in the front and one in the back) with a small garden that we would love your help with if interested! Location is great- off Overland, right near Horsetooth, next to old drive-in theatre and about 10 minute drive to Old Town! House is shared by two late 20’s female friends. One works as a dietician for a local school district and the other works with rescue animals at Colorado Parks and Wildlife. Both women enjoy yoga, going to the gym, hiking, snowboarding, painting & crafts nights, happy hour, movie nights and having people over for dinner and game night :) 420 friendly but not a party house as both wake up around 6 am for work. Looking for someone friendly, laid-back and chill.
