Paul's room

Bedroom available February 1st. We are 3 roommates who are professionals focused on our careers and good health. We share a stunning home in the heart of Minneapolis and we are looking for our final roommate.

The House: -4 bedroom, beautiful huge 3000 sqf home. -Chef’s kitchen. Luxury gas range/stove/oven with hood. Dishwasher. Commercial filter for drinking water from the kitchen sink faucet, plus garbage disposal. Beautiful refrigerator with second one in basement. -Large finished basement with a steam room, jetted tub and a full home gym. It’s a personal fitness haven and spa. -Central air for both heat and AC with humidifier system. House is well insulated. -Three big adjacent living room spaces. One room is a studio for yoga, stretching, pilates, ballet barre and dance. The other rooms are a dining room and a living room. -Lovely yard with a privacy fence. We will be building garden beds and decorating it to make it cozy in the spring. -2 car garage and huge driveway for private parking. -Utilities and household supplies are split between the roommates. -Paul does therapeutic bodywork and personal training with clients from the basement. It has been working well as it doesn’t conflict with living here. -Behind our house is a beautiful townhome HOA neighborhood with a private park. We have great relationships with the neighbors. -Central Minneapolis location.

The Room: -Available February 1st. -120+ sqf (10’x12’) bedroom and closet. -Extra storage space available. -Bathroom is shared with Jamie and there is a door in the bedroom that connects to the bathroom. It has a standalone bidet. There are two additional shared bathrooms available to use in the house on the lower floors. -$750 rent and $750 security deposit. -You must have a clean background and your credit needs to demonstrate you pay bills on time. -The term of the lease is negotiable, but 4 months minimum is required. If everything is a good fit, there would be an option to extend the lease. -There is the option for a furnished bedroom, but rent would be more.

The Roommates: We are anti-racist/oppressive, LGBTQ friendly, and overall very progressive. -Paul is a 36yr old entrepreneur who owns two businesses. He is a performance artist, LMT and a personal trainer. Currently getting his certification as a nutrition coach. He enjoys time in nature, cooking, working out and being involved with men’s groups that train men to be emotionally healthy. Helping others with healthy behavioral change is a driving force for him. -Andre is a 31yr old focused professional in tech infrastructure and event production industries working night shifts. Been in therapy and men’s self help groups for over 7 years. Green Flags: People who are open, assertive, industrious, and with good sense of boundaries. -Jamie is a woman in her 30s who enjoys a health oriented lifestyle and she is pursuing her entrepreneurial goals.
