South 274th Place

I have a room available in the lower level of a beautiful waterfront house. I stay in this lower unit when I am Seattle, but travel often for work. Just a heads up, the upper unit can be a little noisy sometimes, just depending on what tenants are occupying that unit . With that said the property and views are like no there around.

I am a real estate professional, I am a minimalist, a bit hippie, I travel a lot. I don’t like having people over, I like my peace and quiet. I’m Friendly, every once in a while I really enjoy some herb a drink, and intentional conversation:)
