I have a cleaning lady that does a deep clean of the entire place every two weeks. I have every kitchen appliance you can think of which you have full access to as long as you respect it & clean it after use. The living room & balcony is fully furnished which you also have access too. No couples, only looking for one person. No dogs, one cat is okay (must be friendly & get along with my cat). Overnight guests cannot exceed one week (neighborhood rules). Background & credit check is required (also neighborhood rules). This is the perfect location, next to the highway and in the middle of Miami and Fort Lauderdale. Less than a mile away there’s a shopping center. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, & gated. There’s a pool & gym that is available 24 hours. The patio is screened in & I’m on the top floor with a beautiful lake view. There is plenty of parking & there’s an elevator. Everything is included in the rent (wifi, light, water/sewer, valet trash, ect). If you don’t have furniture I can fully furnish the room with a queen platform bed, a smart tv, dresser, & full length mirror for an $100 extra a month.

My name is Ky! I’m an artist/art instructor. I have one cat, his name is Paul & he’s extremely friendly/loves attention. I’m very chill, I don’t like a lot of guests in the apartment, I’m extremely cautious about protecting our space & not letting everyone know where we live.
