The room: ⁃ Unfurnished master bedroom with a private bathroom available in a beautiful, spacious apartment ⁃ Available for move-in January 21st. ⁃ Rent is $1244/month (plus one-month refundable security deposit) ⁃ Property owner will ask for credit score of 650+ & 2.5x rent in monthly income ⁃ Utilities (gas, power & water, and internet) are about $100/month

We’re 3 young professionals looking for a roommate who’s clean, responsible, and chill. We’re all busy, easy-going people who prefer to have a peaceful environment.

Our new roomie must be LGBTQ friendly and have a full-time job (or, if a student, must be able to meet the landlord’s income and credit score requirements or have a cosigner that does). The lease is month-to-month, however we’re really looking for someone long-term!
