I have a fully furnished bedroom available in a house with walk-in closet. Rent & Utilities is $850. It is a shared bathroom, but there is only one other roommate right now who has his own. He’s a 27 y/o guy who works in real-estate most days 8-6. Open to anyone just no couples and no smoking. The place is 6min to Riverwalk, 10min to UNCW, 14min to Wrightsville.
