I have lived here for over a year and have really enjoyed my time. The community is well-maintained and located in central Mesa. Shopping, restaurants, parks, and freeway access are minutes away. The condo features two master bedrooms (one of which I am occupying) with walk-in closets, and upgraded bathrooms. It is also equipped with all appliances, including a washer/dryer. Totally split floorplan, so privacy is easy. The living area is already furnished with a couch and TV, so you would only need to furnish the room. The room I am listing has access to the balcony.

The community has a pool and tennis courts.

My current roommate is moving in early February. We are currently both on the lease, and I am hoping to find someone who could take on the rest of her half of the lease (lease goes until the end of May 2024). After the lease expires, there will possibly be a renewal opportunity if things work out.

I am a professional in my mid twenties. I get along great with most people, and would love to find a down-to-earth roommate with clean habits. While I do enjoy meeting new people, I value my privacy, and respect the privacy of others as well.
